What is stored: your email address, the site used, and the time and version of your consent. We do not add analytics or advertising trackers to these pages.
Why and for how long: consent is the lawful basis for one requested launch email. The record is deleted after that purpose ends and no later than 24 months after signup, unless you withdraw sooner.
Who processes it: this pre-launch page is operated under the trading name aiwatermark.uk, the named controller for this waitlist. Cloudflare provides hosting, database storage and CAPTCHA abuse protection, and may process technical request and browser data under its terms.
Your choices: withdraw or request access, correction or deletion via privacy@aiwatermark.uk. You may also complain to the UK ICO.

Is this an AI detector?
No. The planned product is a text-watermark removal tool. Detection is used only to locate and verify supported watermark patterns before and after removal; it is not presented as proof of authorship.
Does removal change the text?
Yes. A watermark carried by token choices cannot be removed without changing some wording. The product goal is to keep those changes controlled and make them visible for review.
What happens after I join the list?
AIWatermark.uk will store your address for the requested launch notification. You will receive one email when the preview opens, not a general newsletter or advertising series.
